What is the policy for return or exchange?
Returning a piece is made extremely easy and friendly. We want you to be satisfied with ANMOL products. Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 7 days from the day its delivered to you. Complete refund shall be given to the customer post review from our QC team. This includes pieces purchased in the sale or with a promotion code. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear and tear on any of the jewellery. Our QC team will review the returned product. Kindly keep in mind that engraved pieces or customized products are not eligible for return or exchange, however Lifetime exchange or Buy back is applicable as per our terms, conditions and policies.

In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase and certificates.

ANMOL is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared ‘Delivered / Received’ by the courier service. We are unable to exchange any items once they have been altered by another jeweler. The same is no longer considered a product of ANMOL.

Please note that the product should be returned in the original packaging of ANMOL box and do remember to include the original invoice and quality certificates.

As soon as we receive your request we will initiate the process from our end and our logistics partner will get in touch with you and collect the product at your convenience.

The refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our QC department. If the product passes QC, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 7 days.  

In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchases.

How do I return a defective or incorrect piece?
At ANMOL we pay great attention to quality check But incase this has happened please don’t stress, we will exchange it for you and replace the piece with a New one. The exchange or refund will be processed once it has been inspected by our QC department. If the QC agrees with you, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 7 days

What if my product requires repair?
All our products undergo quality check before it reaches you, when we pack we make a Video and seal the box, so in case your jewelry requires repair we would fix it for you. In case your ANMOL product requires repair beyond 7 days of purchase, we are glad to assist you. In this case, additional charges may be levied on a case to case basis which will be communicated by our team, before we commence the repair work.

 

What if my jewellery requires re-furbishing?

Is it possible to exchange an incorrect sized product.?
If this is a minor variation in size, we’ll be happy to assist you to find your right size. Kindly do not worry. We will resize your piece within 7 days. Please note that the tag needs to be intact and should not be removed from the product. The resizing is complimentary in case of minor size . Can I exchange or return a gift?

Unfortunately we are unable to give a refund for a gift item, instead a credit note can be given against the gift amount for future purchases. All our credit notes have lifetime validity.

Can I return or exchange an engraved product?
Pieces with engraving are specially made for you hence cannot be returned or exchanged. It comes into return policy for normal Life time exchange / buyback policy.

What is your Exchange & Buy-back Policy?
We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-back on all purchases made from ANMOL within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges. Our QC team will review your returned product.  In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes which were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable. In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, our quality control department will recertify the jewellery, the shipping and certification cost of which shall be borne by the customer.

Kindly note:

In case of Exchange, store credit shall be given to the customer, after quality check and valuation approval by the customer. Store credit will have validity of 6 months.

In case of Buyback, the payment will be made via online bank transfer within 10 days, after quality check and valuation approval by the customer.

Unfortunately, If your order has already been shipped then we will be unable to cancel or update it. Please note that orders for personalized and engravable pieces cannot be updated / cancelled post manufacturing.
Are your prices inclusive of GST?
Yes they are ! All prices mentioned on our product pages are inclusive of GST, however in the detail break up we have shown the tax amount for your reference.

Is my information provided by me secure?

For Online payment, we accept all major credit/debit cards through are online payment gateway. NEFT/RTGS bank transfers are also possible.
